Returns

We gladly accept returns, but ask that these are done within 14 days of receiving your order. Please click here to view our full returns policy.

Shipping

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. Please allow a couple of hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away. Click here and enter your tracking number! 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. During peak periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter) we offer discounted express shipping to ensure your order takes priority. This price is $9.95.

Standard shipping 3-6 business days, Express shipping 1-4 business days. These are estimates only and can vary.

We aim to post your order within 24 hours from when the order was placed and you will receive an email to let you know it’s been dispatched. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped.
