Online Returns

Online shopping can sometimes not pan out the way you want it to, which is why we try to help as much as we can where we can. 

By completing an order through Our Annalise you are accepting the following conditions regarding your purchase.


If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, then you must email immediately to begin the process of getting the correct item on the way. Photos of the incorrect item must be sent and confirmed before we can express post the correct item free of charge. The quicker you can inform us the quicker we can post the correct item to make sure it doesn't run out of stock. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs. 


If you receive a faulty item*, please contact us immediately with photos of the fault. 

Our Annalise will cover costs of the return by supplying a shipping label that we ask for you to print and post back. Once the faulty item is received, a store credit or exchange will be given.

*Faulty items include:

  •  Broken Zipper / Button
  • Rips & Tears
  • Loose stitching 


If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via our contact page with all details. 


  • All items have a 14 day return policy from receiving the item
  • Item must be returned in original condition, unworn & unwashed 
  • Tags must be attached to garment 
  • All items have to be returned and assessed before store credit is given 
  • Items cannot be returned due to a change of mind
  • SALE items cannot be returned 
  • Please understand that we are a small business and we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect choice of size. The correct size will be posted out from Our Annalise, free of charge.

14 day return policy

Due to high stock turnover in our store, please understand that your return for correct size/style may not be available anymore. This is out of our control and why we highly recommend to try the item on and checking in with our Personal Stylist. 

  • Store Credit + Exchange only 
  • We do not accept change of mind returns 
  • Sale items cannot be returned 
  • Returned item must be in original condition: Scent free, makeup free, tan free. Tags must be attached and in condition for resale.
